E-cigarette store Vaping is Personal have partnered with British middleweight champion Tommy Langford

The Devon-based vaping company secured image rights to the local star who grew up in Bideford, where the company operate from.

Their brand will feature prominently on the 28-year-old British titlist’s apparel that he wears in the ring, live on BT Sport.

Langford, 28 from Birmingham, is the current British middleweight champion and former Commonwealth and WBO Inter-Continental titlist.

Signed to Frank Warren, the former England amateur captain performs in championship fights on BT Sport and Box Nation TV.

Ranked in the top 15 middleweights in the world, the talented 160-pounder commented on the new partnership, “I’m really pleased to have received the financial support from Vaping is Personal, it’ll give my career a real boost.

“It was a no-brainer for me to partner with Vaping is Personal because of the benefits vaping is bringing to the health of our country, the number of smokers in Britain is now at its lowest since records began.”

Vaping is Personal are retailers, distributors and manufacturers of vaping products, with retail stores in Bideford, Torpoint, Falmouth, Penzance and St Austell, with plans to open a further two more stores in Barnstaple and Plymouth this year. 

Having only being incorporated for two years, Vaping is Personal have raised the profile of vaping in Devon and Cornwall and helped many people take a healthier choice in their lifestyles.

Tommy’s Agent, Tim Rickson, further commented on the deal he brokered, “It’s a great match, Tommy is a sports science university graduate so knows all about health and well-being. Smoking is a pet hate of his and this is a company that is contributing to the decline of smokers in Britain, which is great news for everybody.”

Director Ashley Cole went to the same school as Tommy Langford and remains very good friends with his younger brother, Jack.
